With last week being Bulk Trash Week on the City’s new quarterly schedule, residents are reminded that until the next Bulk Trash Week October 3-7, any bulk items should be taken to the transfer station at 45 Rose Street.
All trash put out for collection must be bagged including any loose trash items. Grass clippings should be in separate bags from residents’ trash.
Residents also are reminded that grass should not be higher than nine inches to avoid possible fines, per City ordinance. No grass clippings should be blown into the street as they clog drains.
