MINUTES

A motion was made by Boardmember Eric Bowlen to waive the reading of the Minutes of August 19, 2019 and to accept as written.  Boardmember Terry Buster seconded the motion.  The Motion passes 3-0.

NEW BUSINESS

Discussion of Tree Removal at Clerk’s Office – Clerk-Treasurer Becky Tumey explained that a tree located just outside the office is hitting the roof of the building and interfering with the American flag.  Tumey requested the Board decide to remove the tree or trim it.  A brief discussion resulted in agreeing to have it trimmed.

Meeting Date Change– Mayor Kohl requested the October 7, 2019 meeting date be changed to Tuesday, October 1, 2019.  A motion to accept and allow the change was made by Boardmember Eric Bowlen.  Boardmember Terry Buster seconded the motion.  The Motion passes 3-0.

SEWER ADJUSTMENTS

A motion to accept and allow the sewer adjustments A and B, with item C tabled was made by Boardmember Eric Bowlen.  Boardmember Terry Buster seconded the motion.  The Motion passes 3-0.

MISCELLANEOUS

Police Chief Rodger Wiltermood appeared to announce the resignation of Sgt. McKee.  McKee is leaving the City to go the IMPD for more money.  Wiltermood also asked the Board to consider the retirement of K-9 Officer Sid.  Sid has had health issues and now issues with his handler.  A motion to allow the K-9 to be retired was made by Boardmember Eric Bowlen.  Boardmember Terry Buster seconded the motion.  The Motion passes 3-0.

There being no further business, Boardmember Terry Buster made the motion to adjourn.  Boardmember Eric Bowlen seconded the motion. The Motion passes 3-0.
