A motion was made by Boardmember Eric Bowlen to waive the reading of the Minutes of September 16, 2019 and to accept as written. Boardmember Terry Buster seconded the motion. The Motion passes 3-0.
City Engineer Josh Messmer reported the 1st contract of the Community Crossings Grant Project is nearing completion. Also, The Martinsville Redevelopment Commission is providing funding for two City-owned parking to be paved.
Wavier of Liability and Indemnification Agreement – City Attorney Anne Cowgur discussed the agreement is for K-9 Cid, recently retired, to be given to Jerry Bertleson and his family. Bertleson is K-9 Cid’s original handler. A motion to accept and allow the agreement was made by Boardmember Eric Bowlen. Boardmember Terry Buster seconded the motion. The motion passes 3-0.

Citizen Thomas Tackett, 1285 Lincoln Hill Road, asked the Board to consider a sewer adjustment for rental property located at 869 S. Grant Street. Documentation was given to Mayor Kohl.
