MINUTES

Board Member Kris Fuller presented the Minutes of Monday, October 26, 2020. There being no objections, the Minutes were approved by unanimous consent.

NEW BUSINESS

Consideration of Request to Pave an Alley – Bill Robinson presented the request to be allowed to pave the alley at 739 East Jackson Street. Mr. Robinson would be paying for all materials and labor. A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member Kelly Bray. Board member Kris Fuller seconded the motion. The Motion passes 2-0.

Consideration of the contract for emergency work performed by Cully Contracting – Gary Oakes presented the request to approve the contract for emergency work that Cully Contracting per-formed. A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member Kelly Bray. Board member Kris Fuller seconded the motion. The Motion passes 2-0.

Consideration of Division A – Change Order No. 1 – Troy Swan presented the request to ap-prove the change order for extra work performed by Miller Pipeline. A motion to accept and al-low was made by Board member Kelly Bray. Board member Kris Fuller seconded the motion. The Motion passes 2-0.

Consideration of Miller Pipeline – Pay Application #1 – Troy Swan presented the request to ap-prove the pay application for Miller Pipeline regarding the WaterWorks SRF project. A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member Kelly Bray. Board member Kris Fuller seconded the motion. The Motion passes 2-0.

MISCELLANEOUS

City resident and downtown business owner Kacie Blackwell asked for better communication from the City regarding road closures downtown.
