MINUTES
Mayor Costin presented the Minutes of Monday, November 23, 2020. There being no objections, the Minutes were approved by unanimous consent.
MAYOR’S COMMENTS
Mayor Costin requested the Board of Works allow businesses, in the downtown area, to block off two parking spaces for curb-side service. Also, that this be allowed for 60 days. A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member Kris Fuller. Board member Kelly Bray seconded this motion. The Motion passes 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS
Right of Way Appraisal – Fee Proposal for Supplemental #2 – Interim City Engineer Gary Oakes reminded all this pertains to the proposed turn lane at South and Ohio Streets. A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member Kris Fuller, with Board member Kelly Bray making the second. The Motion passes 3-0.
NEW BUSINESS
Claims for Ara / SRF & ORCA Expenses – A motion to accept and allow claims for the Water Project was made by Board member Kelly Bray. Board member Kris Fuller seconded the motion. The Motion passes 3-0.
United Consulting / Supplemental Agreement #3 – Interim City Engineer Gary Oakes explained this agreement is for the turn lane at South Street. A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member Kris Fuller. Making the second was Board member Kelly Bray. The Motion passes 3-0.
