NEW BUSINESS
Awarding of Bid for Community Crossings Matching Paving Project– Troy Swan of HWC appeared before the Board of Works and requested the bid be let to E&B Paving as they were the low bidder. A motion to accept and allow was made by Board Member Kris Fuller. Making the second was Board Member Kelly Bray. The Motion passed 3-0.
Awarding Bids for Professional Design Services for Phase I and II of the Downtown Project – Director of Planning and Engineering Gary Oakes requested the approval of a joint bid from Kimley –Horn and Odle, McGuire, Shook in the amount of $198,000.00. The project covers Phases I and II. A motion to accept and allow was made by Board Member Kelly Bray. Board Member Kris Fuller seconded the motion. The Motion passed 3-0.
