Mayor Costin called the meeting Martinsville Common Council to order on Monday, May 24, 2021. Deputy Clerk Ben Merida led the prayer, followed by Mayor Costin leading the Pledge of Allegiance.

MINUTES
Mayor Costin presented the Minutes of Monday, May 10, 2021. to the Council. A motion to accept and allow the Minutes was made by Councilman Phil Deckard, Sr. Councilman Phil Deckard, II seconded the motion. The Motion passed 6-0.
MAYOR’S REPORT
Mayor Costin commended Isaac Merida, City Videographer, for his graduation from Tabernacle Christian School. Mayor Costin congratulated the entire Class of 2021.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Councilman Phil Deckard, II reported he will be turning a claim into the Clerk’s office this week to move forward with the new plaques. Superintendent Mac Dunn will take possession of the plaques that are removed.
NEW BUSINESS
Shields – Form Tec Plastics / Annual Compliance Statements – Shields – Form Tec Plastic submitted a CF-1 for the Council to consider. A motion to accept and allow was made by Councilman Jim Wisco. Councilman Phil Deckard, Sr. made the second. The Motion passed 6-0.
Shields Holdings LLC / Annual Compliance Statements – Shields Holdings LLC submitted their CF-1 for the Council to consider. A motion to accept and allow was made by Councilman Phil Deckard, Sr. Councilwoman Ann Miller made the second. The Motion passed 6-0.
South Central Indiana REMC / Annual Compliance Statements – SCIREMC submitted their CF-1 for the Council to consider. A motion to accept and allow was made by Councilwoman Suzie Lipps. Councilman Jim Wisco made the second. The Motion passed 6-0.
Twigg Corporation / Annual Compliance Statements – Twigg Corporation submitted their CF-1 for the Council to consider. A motion to accept and allow was made by Councilman Phil Deckard, Sr. Councilwoman Ann Miller made the second. The Motion passed 6-0.
CLAIMS
Mayor Costin presented the Claims. A motion to accept and allow the Claims was made by Councilman Phil Deckard II., with Councilwoman Ann Miller making the second. The Motion passed 6-0.
COUNCIL COMMENT
Councilman Phil Deckard II asked if water was being metered for the construction of I-69. It is.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mary Ann Shell, South Sycamore Street shared concerns regarding the water plume issues.
