MINUTES

Mayor Costin presented the Minutes of Monday, May 24, 2021.  There being no objections, the Minutes were approved by unanimous consent.

NEW BUSINESS

Consideration of Street Closure Requests – Presented by Mack Porter.

Summer Concert Series – A motion to approve the street closure request was made by Board Member John Lillywhite.  Board Member Kelly Bray seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.

Life of Love Ministry Center 4th of July Outreach – A motion to approve the street closure request was made by Board Member Kelly Bray.  Board Member John Lillywhite seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.

Consideration of Division B – Change Order No. 4 – Presented by Gary Oakes.  A motion to approve the change order was made by Board Member Kelly Bray.  Board Member John Lillywhite seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.

Consideration of Agreement for the Provision of Limited Professional Engineering Services – Presented by Gary Oakes.  A motion to approve the agreement was made by Board Member John Lillywhite.  Board Member Kelly Bray seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0. 

Consideration of Converting the Intersection of Victor Drive, Gene’s Way and Charlotte Circle into an All-Way Stop- Presented by Mayor Costin.  A motion to approve the change order was made by Board Member Kelly Bray.  Board Member John Lillywhite seconded the motion.  The motion passed 3-0.

SEWER ADJUSTMENTS

There being no objections, the following were approved by unanimous consent..

  1. 216 South Marion Street – $88.95
  2. 439 South Sycamore Street – $38.28
  3. 1120 East York Street – $210.69
  4. 909 East York Street – $406.49
  5. 1619 South Harriet Street – $147.51
  6. 140 Hillview Drive – $100.21
  7. 120 Boring Place – $216.19
