MINUTES

Mayor Costin presented the Minutes of Monday, September 21, 2021, and September 27, 2021.  By unanimous consent, both sets of Minutes were approved.

NEW BUSINESS

Consideration of Claim Reimbursement – Tabled

Consideration to Refer Tort Claims to the Insurance Provider – A motion to send tort claims to the insurance provider was made by Board member John Lillywhite.  Mayor Costin seconded the motion.  The Motion passes 2-0.

Community Park Band Shell Contract / RDP Shelters, Inc. – A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member John Lillywhite.  Making the second was Mayor Costin. The Motion passes 2-0.

Architect’s Request for Additional Services / Odle, McGuire, Shook – A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member John Lillywhite.  Mayor Costin seconded the motion.  The Motion passes 2-0.

General Warranty Deed / 56 E. Morgan Street – A motion to accept and allow as made by Board member John Lillywhite.  Mayor Costin seconded the motion.  The Motion passes 2-0.

Recommendation for the Awarding of Bids / Demolition of Structures of City-owned Properties on South Street – A motion to award the bid to LaFary Group, in the amount of $27,948.99, was made by John Lillywhite.  Seconding the motion was Mayor Costin.  The Motion passes 2-0.

Clearing Contracts for the Removal of Trees and Fences on South Street – A motion to award the bid to Lafary Group, in the amount of $12,474.59, was made by John Lillywhite.  Mayor Costin seconded the motion.  The Motion passes 2-0.

SEWER ADJUSTMENTS

A. Unfinished Adjustment Requests

    1. Lot No. 56 Sunset Manor, $2,848.79
    2. Lot No. 31 Sunset Manor, $1,830.87

A motion to accept and allow items was made by Board member John Lillywhite.  Mayor Costin seconded the motion. The Motion passes 2-0.

B. New Adjustments

    1. 360 E. Walnut St.; $1,900.69
    2. 1440 S. Catherine St.; $20.27

A motion to accept and allow items was made by Board member John Lillywhite.  Mayor Costin seconded the motion. The Motion passes 2-0.
