A regular meeting of the Martinsville Redevelopment Commission (RDC) met at 7:30 am on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, in the Council Chambers at Martinsville City Hall.
Commission members: Dair Grant, Al Myers, Rich Griswold, Paul Lauck were in attendance. Phil Deckard Sr. absent. Also in attendance were Dakota VanLeeuwen, Mayor Costin, Gary Oakes, Don Lipps, Troy Swan, Lance Gideon, Reporter-Times.

Approval of Minutes:
The minutes of the May meeting were discussed.
Motion to approve May minutes was made by Rich Griswold. Seconded by Paul Lauck

Approval of Claims:
Motion to approve May claims of $8,192.81. Motion made by Al Myers. Seconded by Paul Lauck Approved 4-0

Motion for HNTB to move forward with Flood Plain Survey, Ohio Street area, approximately $21,700 Motion made by Paul Lauck. Seconded by Al Myers Approved 4-0
Motion to have no Assessed Value to pass through to other taxing units. Motion made by Paul Lauck. Seconded by Al Myers. Approved 4-0
Motion to close on Smoothie Shop and Jefferson/Pike street properties with extensions of 60 days. Motion made by Rich Griswold. Seconded by Al Myers. Approved 4-0
