MINUTES

Mayor Costin presented the Minutes of Monday, February 14, 2022. A motion to accept and al-low was made by Board member Kelly Bray. Board member John Lillywhite seconded the mo-tion. The Motion passes 3-0.

MAYOR’S COMMENTS

Mayor Costin requested Police Chief John Richards conduct a study of local streets that were changed for construction.

  • A. Consideration of Street Closing Applications
    • a. Summer Concert Series – A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member John Lillywhite. Seconding the motion was Board member Kelly Bray. The Motion passes 3-0.
    • b. Memorial Day Program – A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member John Lillywhite. Seconding the motion was Board member Kelly Bray. The Motion passes 3-0.
    • c. 4th of July Parade – A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member Kelly Bray. Seconding the motion was Board member John Lillywhite. The Motion passes 3-0.
    • d. Veterans Day Program – A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member John Lillywhite. Seconding the motion was Board member Kelly Bray. The Motion passes 3-0.
  • B. Fritz engineering / Contract for Professional Services – A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member John Lillywhite. Seconding the motion was Board member Kelly Bray. The Motion passes 3-0.
  • C. Loading Zone at 156 East Morgan Street – A motion to table this item was made by Board member John Lillywhite. Board member Kelly Bray seconded the motion. The Motion passes 3-0.
  • D. Revert Mulberry Street to Two – Way Traffic – A motion to table this item was made by Board member John Lillywhite. Board member Kelly Bray seconded the motion. The Motion passes 3-0.
