MINUTES

Mayor Costin presented the Minutes of Monday, April 11, 2022.  A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member John Lillywhite. Board member Kelly Bray seconded the motion. The Motion passes 3-0.

NEW BUSINESS

Bid Opening / 56 E. Morgan Street – City Superintendent Mac Dunn had two bids to open on the proposed project.  The following bids were received: Able Construction, $1,492,582.00 and Building Association Inc., $1,445,000.00.  Bids will be reviewed and may be acted upon later.

 Banning Engineering – Tabled until May 9, 2022.

Administrative Resource association / Grant Management Services – City Attorney Dale Coffey presented the agreement for consideration.  The agreement is for services regarding the City’s application for a Community Development Building Grant.  A motion to accept and allow as made by Board member John Lillywhite.  Board member Kelly Bray seconded the motion.  The Motion passes 3-0.

Arc Designs / Stability First – City Attorney Dale Coffey presented the proposed contract for services.  A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member John Lilywhite.  Making the second was Board member Kelly Bray.  The motion passes 3-0. 

SEWER ADJUSTMENTS

A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member Kelly Bray. Board member John Lillywhite seconded the motion. The Motion passes 3-0.
