MINUTES
Mayor Costin presented the Minutes of October 24, 2022. A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member Kelly Bray. Mayor Costin seconded the motion. The motion passes 2 -0.
MAYOR’S COMMENTS
Mayor Costin will be asking the Board of Works to consider adding stops signs in various locations in the future.
NEW BUSINESS
Tort Claim to Insurance Carrier / Diana and Terry Shrout – City Attorney Dale Coffey presented the claim. A motion to send the claim to the city’s insurance carrier was made by Board member Kelly Bray. Mayor Costin seconded the motion. The Motion passes 2-0.
Artesian Little League / Lease Agreement – A motion to accept and allow the 2023 ALL lease was made by board member Kelly Bray. Mayor Costin seconded the motion. The Motion passes 2-0.
Stifel / Underwriter / Placement Agent – A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member Kelly Bray. Mayor Costin seconded the motion. The Motion passes 2-0.
Resolution 2022-0024 / City Contributions to401A Retirement Plan – A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member Kelly Bray. Mayor Costin seconded the motion. The Motion passes 2-0.
Ara Administrative Agreement Sewer Lining Project /ORCA – A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member Kelly Bray. Mayor Costin seconded the motion. The Motion passes 2-0.
