A regular meeting of the Martinsville Redevelopment Commission (RDC) met at 7:30 am on Wednesday, November 9th, 2022, in the Council Chambers of Martinsville City Hall.
Commission members: Dair Grant, Rich Griswold, Paul Lauck were in attendance. Al Myers and Phil Deckard were absent. Also in attendance were Dakota VanLeeuwen, Gary Oaks, Mayor Costin, Don Lipps.
Meeting called to order by President Dair Grant.
With the absence of Secretary Al Myers, Vice President Rich Griswold took minutes.
Approval of Minutes:
The minutes of the October meeting were discussed.
Motion to approve October minutes by Rich Griswold. Seconded by Paul Lauck.
Motion approved 3-0
Approval of Claims:
Motion to approve claims of $3,414.16. Motion made by Paul Lauck. Seconded by Rich Griswold.

Discussion of financial report:

Update given on progress of various projects going on around town. South St, Ohio St, Property acquisitions.
A public meeting for new properties being added to the TIF District will be at the start of the next Martinsville Redevelopment Commission meeting on December 14th.
Gary Oakes is to put together a list of parcel numbers and address for all properties being added to the TIF District and get to Dakota VanLeeuwen so that she can get mailing out. Also, will be presented to the Planning Commission November 22nd and to Martinsville City Council November 28th.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 am November 9, 2022.
