MINUTES

Mayor Costin presented the Minutes of December 27, 2022. A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member Kelly Bray.  Board member John Lillywhite seconded the motion. The motion passes 3-0.

NEW BUSINESS

Stop Signs at South Street and Home Avenue – Police Chief John Richards reported there is a need for a stop sign at South and Home.  Further discussion included a possible turn lane from Home Avenue west on to South Street, adding a Yield sign or red blinkers.

Purchase Offer / RH Marlin – RH Marlin has made an offer to purchase property owned by the city at 2502 W. Clover Lane in the amount of $425,000.00.  A motion to recommend the purchase be sent to the Common Council was made by Board member John Lillywhite.  Board member Kelly Bray seconded the motion.  The Motion passed unanimously.

 Public Private Agreement /Envoy Construction / BOT Police Building – Director of Planning and Engineering Gary Oakes presented the contract.  A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member Kelly Bray.  Mayor Costin seconded the motion.  Board member John Lillywhite abstained.  The Motion passes 2-0-1.

SEWER ADJUSTMENTS

A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member John Lillywhite.  Board member Kelly Bray seconded the motion.  Motion passes 3-0.
