MINUTES

Mayor Costin presented the Minutes of April 10, 2023.  Board member Kelly Bray made the motion to accept and allow the Minutes.  Board member John Lillywhite seconded the motion. The motion passes 3-0.

UNFINISNED BUSINESS

Modifications to Morton Avenue, Randolph Street and Mulberry Street Intersection: Police Chief John Richards appeared to answer questions. Board member Kelly Bray  suggested the yellow curb be extended in the area and to revisit this issue in a couple of months.  A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member Kelly Bray.  Seconding the motion was Board member John Lillywhite.  The motion passed unanimously. 

NEW BUSINESS

Tort Claim to Insurance Provider – City Attorney Dale Coffey presented the Tort Claim.  A motion to move the claim to the City’s insurance provider was made by Board member John Lillywhite.  Board member Kelly Bray seconded the motion.  The motion passed unanimously.

SEWER ADJUSTMENTS

Board member Kelly Bray made the motion to accept and allow the adjustments. Board member John Lillywhite seconded the motion.  Motion passed 3-0.
