MINUTES
Mayor Costin presented the Minutes from the Board of Works meeting of Monday, June 26, 2023. A motion to approve the minutes as presented was made by Kelly Bray. The motion was seconded by Mayor Costin. The motion passed 2-0.
NEW BUSINESS
Consideration of Recommendation for the Awarding of the Bid – Paving Project – Presented by Gary Oakes. The recommendation was to award the bid to E&B Paving in the amount of $1,130,110.40. A motion to award the bid to E&B Paving as recommended was made by Kelly Bray. The motion was seconded by Mayor Costin. The motion passed 2-0.
Consideration of Request to Have Speed Limit Signs Posted in Indian Creek Village – Presented by Mayor Costin. The board requested that the street department install speed limit signs throughout Indian Creek Village at the discretion of the department.
Consideration of the Equipment Sales Order – RPM Machinery – presented by Gary Oakes. A motion to enter into the contract with RPM Machinery was made by Kelly Bray. The motion was seconded by Mayor Costin. The motion passed 2-0.
Consideration of Encroachment Agreement with Forestar Real Estate Group – presented by Dale Coffey. A motion to approve the agreement as presented was made by Kelly Bray. The motion was seconded by Mayor Costin. The motion passed 2-0.
Consideration of Utility Easement and Right-of-Way Agreement with Forestar Real Estate Group – presented by Dale Coffey. A motion to approve the agreement as presented was made by Kelly Bray. The motion was seconded by Mayor Costin. The motion passed 2-0.
Consideration of Roadway Easement and Right-of-Way with Forestar Real Estate Group – presented by Dale Coffey. A motion to approve the agreement as presented was made by Kelly Bray. The motion was seconded by Mayor Costin. The motion passed 2-0.
Consideration of Sanitary Sewer Easement and Right-of-Way with Forestar Real Estate Group – presented by Dale Coffey. A motion to approve the agreement as presented was made by Kelly Bray. The motion was seconded by Mayor Costin. The motion passed 2-0.
