MINUTES
Mayor Costin presented the Minutes of July 10, 2023. Board member Kelly Bray made the motion to approve the minutes. Mayor Costin seconded the motion. The motion passed 2-0-1. Board member John Lillywhite abstained.

NEW BUSINESS
Resolution 2023-0042 / Utility office Trial Balance Update – Deputy Clerk Ben Merida presented the resolution that will allow the writing- off of uncollectible accounts. A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member John Lillywhite. Board member Kelly Bray seconded the motion. The motioned passed unanimously.
Environmental Fee Reimbursements – Superintendent Mac Dunn requested reimbursement of environmental fees to residents on Home Avenue. The residents were inadvertently charged the fee. A motion to accept and allow was made by Board member John Lillywhite. Board member Kelly Bray seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
SEWER ADJUSTMENTS
A to accept and allow the following sewer adjustments was made by Board member Kelly Bray. Board member John Lillywhite seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
